Payment and Estimate Terms
Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless a different schedule is agreed. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under Spanish law. Payment terms depend on the service type and are agreed before work begins. For one-off consultations, we may request payment in advance or at the time of booking, and we will confirm the amount and method in writing. For ongoing accounting support, we usually issue a monthly estimate or invoice, with payment due within the period stated on the invoice. We accept standard bank transfer and other common payment methods available in Spain; we do not store card details on this website. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause service delivery until the balance is settled, and we will notify you before taking that step. All amounts are stated in euros and include applicable taxes unless the invoice says otherwise.

Cancellation and Refund Terms
You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the appointment without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service estimate. Refunds for cancelled prepaid services are processed within 14 business days. Cancellation and refund terms are designed to be fair and practical. If you cancel a booked consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may reschedule without charge or request a refund of any prepaid amount. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a partial charge to cover reserved time, unless there is a documented emergency. For ongoing services, you may end the agreement with written notice as stated in your service plan, and we will invoice only for work completed up to the effective end date. Refunds, when applicable, are processed within ten business days to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds for completed work that met the agreed scope, but we will review any dispute fairly.
